Roofing Gallery in Anderson, IN

Two outfits before them wanted to strip the whole thing. Anderson Roof Pros went up in the attic instead, found a split pipe boot and a chimney that somebody had caulked rather than flashed, and had both done by suppertime. They wrote down how many years it bought me. Three winters on, still dry.

I asked about a metal roof and they walked me through the math instead of selling me one. Turned out laminated shingles plus fixing the soffit intake was the better buy for how long we are staying. They did the shingles, six nails each, and showed me the ventilation numbers on paper.

We manage a mixed-use building and they surveyed the roof in sections rather than handing us one enormous number. Two sections got repaired, one got a coating, and the fourth is on a plan for three years out. First contractor who has treated the roof like a budget item instead of an emergency.

After the hail in the spring they checked the gutter aprons and vent caps first, chalked test squares, and told me I did not have a claim. Charged me for the inspection and nothing else. That report is the reason I called them back when the wind actually did take the ridge caps off.
